摘要:
 探讨沙区适生灌木对干旱胁迫的光合生理适应性,为内蒙古中西部沙化地区植被恢复提供理论支持。以9种沙区适生灌木为研究对象,设置3个控水梯度,测定供试植物在干旱胁迫下的光响应特征及光合生理指标。结果表明,9种灌木总光合速率(Pn)对太阳辐射的响应规律基本一致,即受干旱胁迫时光响应曲线显著降低。在中度干旱胁迫下,9种灌木Pn下降幅度为33.7%~69.2%,其中最大净光合速率Pm(μmol·m-2·s-1)柽柳(10.53)、沙木蓼(10.44)、沙柳(9.74)适应性较强;重度干旱胁迫时,Pn下降幅度为75.4%~87.9%,其中Pm(μmol·m-2·s-1)沙柳(4.35)、小叶锦鸡儿(4.11)、中间锦鸡儿(3.91)适应性较强。由表观量子效率和光补偿点变化来看,在中度干旱胁迫时,蒙古莸、华北驼绒藜、互叶醉鱼草、黄柳、沙柳通过提高对弱光的利用来适应干旱;小叶锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿对弱光的利用较为稳定,表现出对干旱的长期适应性。在不同程度干旱胁迫下,表现为柽柳、黄柳、小叶锦鸡儿受光抑制影响较大,沙木蓼、互叶醉鱼草、蒙古莸受光抑制影响较小。在内蒙古中西部沙化地区造林时,沙柳、小叶锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿为首选树种;为提高造林成活,蒙古莸、华北驼绒藜、互叶醉鱼草等应避开严重干旱区域或季节,同时避免过强光照。
Abstract:
 The objectives of this study were to understand the photosynthetic physiological adaptabilities of the shrubs suitable to grow in sandy area to provide theoretical support for the vegetation restoration of the sandy land in central and western areas of Inner Mongolia.Nine shrubs,suitable to grow in sandy land were pot cultured,including Tamarix chinensis,Atraphaxis bracteata,Salix psammophila,Caragana microphylla,Caragana intermedia,Caryopteris mongholica,Ceratoides arborescens,Buddleja alternifolia,and Salix gordejevii.Three soil water gradients were set up (adequate soil moisture,moderate drought stress,and severe drought stress).The light response characteristics and photosynthetic physiological indexes were simultaneously measured after the treatments.The results showed that the response regularities of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of nine shrubs to photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) were basically consistent:Pn values decreased significantly under drought stress.Under moderate drought stress,the decrease range of Pn of 9 shrubs was 33.7%-69.2%.Among the 9 shrubs,3 species exhibited high values of maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pm) they were T.chinensis (10.53),A.bracteata (10.44) and S.psammophila (9.74 μmol·m-2·s-1),indicating they had good adaptability.Under severe drought stress,Pn decreased by 75.4%-87.9%,in which three species presented high Pm values,they were S.psammophila (4.35),C.microphylla (4.11) and C.intermedia (3.91 mol·m-2·s-1),showing strong adaptability to drought stress.Depending on the changes of apparent quantum yield and light compensation,C.mongholica,C.arborescens,B.alternifolia,S.gordejevii and S.psammophila adapted to drought stress by improving the utilization of weak light in the case of moderate drought stress.The responses of C.microphylla and C.intermedia to low light were stable,exhibiting the long-term adaptability to drought stress.Under different degrees of drought stress,T.chinensis,S.gordejevii and C.microphylla were significantly affected by light inhibition,whereas A.bracteata,B.alternifolia and C.mongholica were less affected by light inhibition.S.psammophila,C.microphylla and C.intermedia had high drought tolerance,so they can be chosen as the main afforestation shrub in the decertified area of central and western Inner Mongolia.In addition,in order to improve the survival rate of afforestation,when the C.mongholica,C.arborescens and B.alternifolia were chosen as the afforestation shrub species,it should avoid to be planted in severe drought areas or seasons,and avoid too strong light.
