摘要:
 为研究喷施不同叶面肥对大红袍花椒的影响,以1年生大红袍花椒幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方法,选择5种叶面肥:(NH4)6Mo7O24、MnSO4、MgSO4·7H2O、H3BO3、花椒复合叶面肥,设置3个喷肥水平(0.4%、0.2%、0.1%)。测定花椒的株高、地径、叶片中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,喷施适量的Mn肥、Mg肥、Mo肥和复合叶面肥对大红袍花椒的苗高和基径有显著促进作用,喷施B肥对花椒生长无明显促进,且高质量分数B肥抑制花椒生长。各叶面肥对花椒叶片的生理特性影响不同,适量Mo肥和花椒复合叶面肥能显著提高叶片可溶性糖含量,适量Mn肥能有效提高花椒叶片的光合作用和蛋白质合成水平,适量Mg肥可以增强叶片光合作用和可溶性糖含量,适量的B肥可提高叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量。不同叶面肥处理,花椒叶片各生理指标间表现不同的促进和抑制作用。在大红袍花椒苗的生长过程中,适当喷施(NH4)6Mo7O24(0.4%)、MnSO4(0.1%)、MgSO4(0.2%~0.4%)、花椒复合叶面肥(0.1%)对花椒苗生长发育和生理抗性有显著的促进作用。
Abstract:
 In order to study the effects of spraying different fertilizers on the leaves of a prickly ash cultivar,“ Dahongpao”,1-year-old “Dahongpao” potted seedlings were used as the experimental materials.Five foliar fertilizers were (NH4)6Mo7O24,MnSO4,MgSO4·7H2O,H3BO3 and prickly ash composite foliar fertilizer,and three spray fertilizer levels were set (0.4%,0.2%,0.1%).The seedling height,basal diameter,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in “Dahongpao” leaves were determined.The results showed that spraying proper amount of Mn fertilizer,Mg fertilizer,Mo fertilizer and compound foliar fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of seedling height and basal diameter,while spraying boron fertilizer had no obvious effect on the growth.High concentration B fertilizer inhibited the growth.Different foliar fertilizers had different effects on physiological characteristics of the leaves.Appropriate Mo fertilizer and prickly ash compound foliar fertilizer could significantly increase soluble sugar content in the leaves,and appropriate amount of Mn fertilizer could effectively improve the photosynthesis and protein synthesis level of prickly ash leaves.Proper concentration of Mg fertilizer could enhance leaf photosynthesis and soluble sugar content,proper amount of B fertilizer could increase leaf soluble sugar and soluble protein content.Different foliar fertilizer treatments had different promotion and inhibition effects on physiological indexes of the leaves.It was concluded that during the growth and development of “Dahongpao” prickly ash seedlings,properly spraying (NH4)6Mo7O24(0.4%),MnSO4(0.1%),MgSO4(0.2%-0.4%),and prickly ash composite foliar fertilizer (0.1%) could significantly promote the growth and development and physiological resistance of “Dahongpao” prickly ash seedlings.
