摘要:
 为了解兔儿伞与AM真菌之间是否存在共生关系,同时调查松嫩盐碱草地兔儿伞根际AM真菌多样性,采用染色法与形态学鉴定的方法探究兔儿伞根系的AM真菌侵染情况及根际土壤中的AM真菌种类。结果表明,9个采样地的兔儿伞根系均被AM真菌侵染,且各采样地的侵染率均达到100%、侵染强度为40.57%~79.05%、丛枝丰度为5.52%~29.99%、泡囊丰度为14.76%~43.04%;相关性分析结果表明,土壤pH与侵染强度、泡囊丰度之间存在显著正相关关系,侵染强度与丛枝丰度、泡囊丰度之间均呈极显著正相关,孢子密度与侵染强度、泡囊丰度之间呈显著正相关;鉴定得到AM真菌13属34种,球囊霉属(Glomus)9种,无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)8种,斗管囊霉属(Funneliformis)4种,双型囊霉属(Ambispora)、根孢囊霉属(Rhizophagus)、隔球囊霉属(Septoglomus)各2种,近明球囊霉属(Claroideoglomus)、多样孢囊霉属(Diversispora)、多氏囊霉属(Dominikia)、内养囊霉属(Entrophospora)、巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)、和平囊霉属(Pacispora)和硬囊霉属(Sclerocystis)各1种;其中,无梗囊霉属为最具优势属,沙荒隔球囊霉(Septoglomus deserticola)为最具优势种。表明松嫩盐碱草地兔儿伞与AM真菌形成了良好的共生关系,且兔儿伞根际AM真菌种类丰富。
Abstract:
 In order to understand whether there is a symbiotic relationship between Syneilesis aconitifolia and AM fungi,and to investigate the diversity of AM fungi in the rhizosphere of S.aconitifolia in Songnen saline-alkali grassland,this study used staining and morphological identification methods to explore the infection of AM fungi in the roots of S.aconitifolia and AM fungi species in the rhizosphere soil.The results showed that the roots of the 9 sampling sites were all infected by AM fungi,and the infection rate of each sampling site reached 100%,the infection intensity was 40.57%-79.05%,the arbuscular abundance was 5.52%-29.99%,and the abundance of vesicles ranged from 14.76% to 43.04%.The results of correlation analysis demonstrated that there were significant positive correlations between soil pH,infestation intensity,and vesicle abundance.Very significant and positive correlations were also found between infestation intensity,arbuscular abundance and vesicle abundance,and significant and positive correlations between spore density,infection intensity,and vesicle abundance.Thirty-four species of AM fungi belonging to 13 genera were identified,including 9 species of Glomus,8 species of Acaulospora and 4 species of Funneliformis,two species of Ambispora,Rhizophagus and Septoglomus,respectively,and Claroideoglomus,Diversispora,Dominikia,Entrophospora,Gigaspora,Pacispora,Sclerocystis,1 species each; among them,Acaulospora is the most dominant genus,and Septoglomus deserticola is the most dominant species.The results showed that there was a good symbiotic relationship between S.aconitifolia and AM fungi in the Songnen saline-alkali grassland,and there were abundant species of AM fungi in the rhizosphere of S.aconitifolia.
