摘要:
 为探究豫东南地区不同林分类型林地土壤碳氮水平与团聚体组成,采用野外样品采集与室内分析相结合的方法,分析撂荒地(对照)、女贞纯林、栾树纯林和女贞-柠条与栾树-柠条混交林林地土壤不同土层有机碳(TOC)、全氮(TN)、铵态氮(AN)、硝态氮(NN)、土壤微生物量氮(SMBN)含量和团聚体组成及其相关性。结果表明,纯林与混交林,林地土壤TOC、TN、AN、NN和SMBN含量均高于撂荒地;与女贞纯林相比,女贞-柠条混交林土壤TOC、TN、AN、NN和SMBN各土层平均值分别提高了39.86%、82.81%、36.02%、21.07%和95.59%;与栾树纯林相比,栾树-柠条混交林土壤TOC、TN、AN、NN和SMBN各土层平均值分别提高了36.69%、50.38%、41.61%、30.66%和56.78%;随着土层深度增加,各林分林地土壤TOC、TN、AN、NN和SMBN含量均逐渐降低,土壤养分库表聚效应明显;混交林土壤团粒结构趋于集中于≥2 mm的粒径;土壤TOC、TN、AN、NN和SMBN均与<0.25 mm粒径的团聚体呈负相关,其中,AN、NN与之呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著负相关(P<0.01)。种植林木有效提高了土壤碳氮含量,增加了土壤结构的稳定性。相较于纯林,混交林土壤的碳氮含量与土壤结构稳定性均高于纯林。
Abstract:
 In order to explore the soil carbon and nitrogen levels and aggregate composition of different forest stand types in the southeast Henan,this study adopted the field sampling and indoor analysis method.The contents of organic carbon (TOC),total nitrogen (TN),ammonium nitrogen (AN),nitrate nitrogen (NN),soil microbial biomass nitrogen (SMBN) and aggregate composition in different soil layers of abandoned land (control),Ligustrum lucidum pure forest,Koelreuteria paniculata pure forest,L.lucidum-Caragana korshinskii mixed forest and K.paniculata-C.korshinskii mixed forest were analyzed.The results showed that TOC,TN,AN,NN and SMBN contents of forest soil were higher than those of abandoned land in pure forest and mixed forest.The mean values of TOC,TN,AN,NN and SMBN in L.lucidum-C.korshinskii mixed forest increased by 39.86%,82.81%,36.02%,21.07% and 95.59%,respectively,compared with L.lucidum pure forest.Compared with K.paniculata pure forest,the mean values of TOC,TN,AN,NN and SMBN in K.paniculata-C.korshinskii mixed forest increased by 36.69%,50.38%,41.61%,30.66% and 56.78%,respectively.With the increase of soil depth,the contents of TOC,TN,AN,NN and SMBN in forest soil decreased gradually,and the surface aggregation effect of soil nutrient pool was obvious.The soil aggregate structure of mixed forest tended to concentrate in the size range of ≥2 mm,and soil aggregate performance enhanced.Correlation analysis showed that TOC,TN,AN,NN and SMBN were negatively correlated with the content of <0.25 mm aggregate,and AN and NN were significantly (P<0.05) or extremely significantly (P<0.01) and negatively correlated.The study indicates that afforestation in abandoned land increases the soil carbon and nitrogen contents increased,and soil structure stability,and soil C and N contents and soil structure stability of mixed forest are higher than those of pure forest.
