摘要:
 以汉中地区本地6个油茶品种为材料,通过测定油茶籽表型性状、脂肪酸成分及理化性指标,采用隶属函数法对6个油茶品种品质进行综合评价。结果表明,不同品种油茶表型性状变异系数为6.02%~31.19%,表型变异丰富;油酸是主要的不饱和脂肪酸,平均含量在85%以上,17号油茶籽油的亚油酸含量最高,为6.50%;油酸的变异系数最小(1.29%),稳定性最高,棕榈酸的变异系数最大(12.72%),最不稳定;油酸与亚油酸之间呈现显著负相关关系(-0.816,P<0.05);17号油茶籽油的酸价、碘值、过氧化值最低,油茶籽油新鲜且稳定最强;6个油茶品种茶籽油的品质排序为17号>4号>5号>27号>30号>3号。该研究结果为汉中地区油茶优良品种选育和推广种植提供了重要依据。
Abstract:
 In the present study,6 local Camellia oleifera varieties in Hanzhong area were used as materials to determine the phenotypic traits,fatty acid composition and physicochemical indexes of the fruit and seeds,and the quality of the variety was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results demonstrated that the phenotypic variation of different varieties of C.oleifera was abundant,with the coefficient of variation ranged from 6.02% to 31.19%.Oleic acid was the main unsaturated fatty acid,with an average content of more than 85%.The linoleic acid content in No.17 C.oleifera seed oil was the highest,with the content of 6.50 %.The coefficient of variation of oleic acid was the smallest (1.29%) and the stability was the highest.The coefficient of variation of palmitic acid was the largest (12.72%) and the most unstable.A significant negative correlation was observed between oleic acid and linoleic acid (-0.816,P<0.05).The No.17 seed oil was fresh and stable with the lowest acid value,iodine value and peroxide value.The quality of C.oleifera seed oil from high to low was ranked as No.17,4,5,27,30,3.The results of this study provides an important basis for the breeding and promotion of excellent varieties of C.oleifera in Hanzhong area.
