摘要:
通过对秦岭山区陕西周至县厚畛子镇安沟流域立地条件基本相同的锐齿栎、楸树 、油松和 日本落叶松4种典型林地土壤微生物数量的定位试验监测,结果表明,当地森林的土壤微 生物从数 量上主要以细菌为主,约为微生物总量的87.86%~97.65%,其次为放线菌,真菌最少。 微生物数 量的季节动态明显,夏季高出冬季74.43%~354.05%。纯林与混交林土壤微生物数量关系 为:阔 叶林纯林>针叶林与阔叶林1∶3比例混交>针叶林与阔叶林1∶1比例混交>针叶林纯林。外 源 性C、N混合干扰使微生物数量比对照区增加了35.30%~945.88%。枯落叶客置使针叶林纯 林 的微生物数量增加了25.59%~73.87%,阔叶林减少了29.95%~68.12%。因此采用外源性 C、 N干扰,客土混合及枯落叶客置的定位模拟试验 ,进一步探讨不同树种的种间关系,为 指导当地人 工纯林的管理和更新改造提供理论科学依据和实践指导。
Abstract:
Soil microbes quantities of the four typical plantations we re examed:Qvercus aliena var. acuteserrata,Catalpa f argesii,Pinus tabulaeformis and Larix kaemp feri on the Angou valley Qinling Mountains Shaanxi Province. The results indicated: that the dominant m icrobe in the soils examined was bacteria ranging from87.86% to 97.65% , followed by actinomyces, and f ungus. The seasonal dynamics of the number of microbes in soil was significant. In addition, t he number of soil microbes in summer was increased from 74.43%to 354.05%, compared to that in winter. Soil microbes quantities in the soil of difˉ ferent forests were in an order of pure broadˉleaved forests>mixed n eedleˉleaved with broad forests proˉ portion of 1∶3>mixed needleˉleaved with broad forests proportion of 1 ∶1>pure needleˉleaved forests. Compared to the control, application of C combined with N increas ed the number of soil microbes from 35. 30% to 945.88% . Laying litter increased the number of soil microbes in pin e forests from 25.59% to 73. 83%,however, which decreased the number of soil microbes from 29.95 % to 68.12% in broadˉleaved forˉ est. Therefore, in this article, we used extral C and N, mixed so il, exchanged litter to analyze the interˉ species relationship between different species to provide theoretical d irection for local pure plantation manˉ agement and forest renewal.
