摘要:
随着生态环境的日益改善，野生动物资源的数量急剧增加，某些物种已经对当地农民的生产生活造成损害，为了全面评估野生动物资源所造成的损害，本文对野生动物资源负价值的定义及表现形式作了简要的概括，在此基础上，初步提出了野生动物资源负价值的评价方法，主要包括野生动物造成的财产上的损失和人身伤害，其中财产上的损失主要包括农作物、树木、牧草、牲畜等的损失，主要采用直接市场法评价；人身伤害不仅包括身体上的创伤还包括精神和心理上的伤害，主要采用意愿调查法进行评价。 西北林学院学报23卷第4期韩嵩等野生动物资源负价值的评价方法研究关
Abstract:
With the improvement of the ecological environments, the number of some wildlife has increased sharply,resulting some harmful effects on the production and daily life of local farmers by some wildlife species. The defintion and occurring forms of the damage by wildlife were briefly summarized for the overall assesments of the damage. A methods was proposed to assess the negative value of wildlife, including mainly wealth loss and person injury. Conventional market approach was adopted to assess wealth loss, including agriculture, wood, grass, cattle and so on. Contingent valuation method was adopted to assess psychical and mental injuries.
