摘要:
对毛乌素沙地榆林沙区6种不同人工固沙林土壤养分、微生物及酶活性进行了测定和分析,结果表明:建立人工植被后,土壤养分、微生物数量、酶活性均有显著改善。各林地的土壤养分、微生物和酶活性差异显著,花棒和踏郎混交林地土壤有机质含量、微生物数量、脲酶活性高于其他林地,分别为5.15g·kg -1、21.75×105个·g -1、1.48μg·g -1,其中土壤微生物的数量是踏郎纯林的4倍;樟子松林土壤放线菌和真菌数量较多,而土壤有机质和土壤脲酶活性偏低;沙柳林的土壤碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性较高,达到2.35mg·g -1和14.10mL·g -1。土壤微生物和土壤酶与土壤养分关系紧密,其中,土壤细菌数量、土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性与土壤有
机质相关显著。
Abstract:
Soil nutri ents ,mi croorgani s m,and enzy mes acti viti es of 6ki nds of typi cal artifi ci ally sandland—fi xi ng vegetati on i n t he sand areas of Yuli n were meas ured .The res ults s ho wed t hat after artifi ci al planta—ti ons were set up ,s oil nutri ents ,bi ology properti es of artifi ci al vegetati on had been i mproved greatly ,t he
enzy me acti vity was strengt hened si gnifi cantly .The s oil nutri ent ,mi croorgani s m and enzy me acti vity were different i n different vegetati ons .The s oil nutri ents and bacteri u m nu mbers and t he s oil urease acti vity under He dysaru mscopari u m×H .mongoli cu m were 5.15g·kg -1,21.75×105·g -1,and 1.48μg·g -1res pecti vely ,hi gher t han t hose i n struct ure H .mongoli cu m.The nu mber of acti no myces and fungi under Pinus s ytvestri s var .mongoli ca was t he bi ggest ,but s oil organi c matter and urease were lo w .The acti vity of  soil alkali ne phos phatase and catalase under Sali x psa mmophi la was hi gher t han ot hers ,whi ch were respecti vely 2.35mg·g -1,14.10mL·g -1.Close ralati ons hi p exi sted a mong s oil mi croorgani s m quantity ,enzy me acti vity and s oil nutri ent content ,fro m whi ch t he content of s oil organi c matter was si gnifi cantly correlated to s oil bacteri u m quantity ,alkali ne urease ,s ucrace ,phosphatase ,catalase acti vity ,and s oil nutri ent content .
