摘要:
以1年生和7年生元宝枫为材料,用盆栽控水法和PEG6000处理法研究了水分胁迫条件下元宝枫有关生理指标的变化及其与抗旱性的关系.结果发现,随胁迫程度的加深和时间延长,叶水势显著降低,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量持续增高;气孔导度和气孔阻力以及叶绿素含量未发生明显变化,使得光合作用维持在较高水平上,表现出耐旱植物典型的生理特点.在重度水分胁迫下(叶水势降至-4.1MPa)元宝枫幼苗没有出现萎蔫现象,表明仍有一定的膨压维持.说明元宝枫具有明显的渗透调节能力和低水势耐旱特征.
