摘要:
以本校杜仲优树采穗圃的2号优树(代号黔9)的新梢为试材进行组培繁殖,不同组合的培养基上试验得出,MS+6-BA1.0+NAA0.2+蔗糖4对嫩梢诱导率最高,达82.5;MS+6-BA1.0+BAA1.0对茎尖顶梢诱导率达87.5,MS+IAA1+BA1对幼梢的促长效果最佳.有效的生根培养基为1/2MS+GA0.5+蔗糖6,生根率20.7.
