摘要:
以树莓芽作为外植体,在MS、1/2MS、WPM、Anderson 4种基本培养基中培养40 d后,芽诱导率分别为90.48、64.4、61.7、67.5.通过单因子试验和正交试验进行细胞分裂素和生长素的筛选,选择出IBA和6-BA 2种激素,其最佳组合是IBA0.1 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L,40 d后芽增殖倍数为3.7.1/2MS作为生根培养基,附加IBA0.1 mg/L时,根诱导率为80.0,平均根长为2.2 cm.树莓的组织培养中,蔗糖浓度最宜为30 g/L.
