摘要:
以盆栽控水的方法研究了油松幼苗在冬春季节低温严重干旱胁迫条件下的生长需水规律及抗旱性.结果表明,干旱对油松的伸长生长和萌芽时间影响显著;叶绿素总量和叶绿素a的含量相对稳定,叶绿素b含量在冬季增加;油松属于高水势耐旱型,具有较强的渗透调节能力和较好的酶保护体系.
