摘要:
调查了榆林防护林的基本特征和经营状况,以可持续发展理论为指导,结合森林可持续经营思想,在较系统的阐述和分析的基础上,引入协调度来衡量榆林防护林是否符合可持续发展战略,并采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,从社会发展指标、经济发展指标、生态功能指标、政策与技术保障指标等6个方面构建了榆林防护林可持续发展的指标体系.研究结果表明,榆林防护林可持续发展力指数为0.598,属于弱可持续发展.同时提出了实现榆林防护林强可持续发展的对策.
