摘要:
以34个引种欧洲黑杨无性系及107杨、陕林3号2个对照无性系为试验材料,在水分胁迫条件下对无性系的生理和生长差异进行分析.建立了抗旱性筛选的指标体系,对无性系抗旱能力进行了综合评价.各无性系在各项指标间存在着显著差异,以净光合速率、单叶面骀积、苗高、生物量、渗透调节能力和细胞质膜透性6项指标作为无性系抗旱性筛选的综合鉴定指标.采用加权排序方法(TOPSIS法)对无性系抗旱能力进行评价,综合抗旱性较强的无性系包括N9、N15、N19、N89、N91.
