摘要:
对4℃沙藏1个月的樟子松成熟胚进行离体培养,可从子叶顶端及基部直接诱导产生不定芽及芽丛.经试验,1/2MS基本培养基附加生长调节物质6-BA1.0 mg/L,NAA0.2 mg/L,或6-BA1.0 mg/L,IBA0.1 mg/L,对芽的诱导增殖为最佳浓度组合.
