摘要:
对银杏内生链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata var.GI009)进行了生物学特性的研究.结果表明,温度、pH值、光照对其生长和产孢有一定的影响.链格孢菌最适宜的温度为25℃,4℃和37℃几乎不能生长.最适宜pH值为5.0~9.0.产孢量以25℃连续黑暗培养最多.10种供试碳源均能明显促进链格孢菌的生长,但对不同碳源利用上有一定差异.在10种供试氮源中,除L-谷氨酸外,9种氮源均能明显促进链格孢菌生长.硝酸钠组菌落生长直径最大,醋酸钠组菌落生长较差,对不同碳源利用有较大差异.
