摘要:
红豆杉实生苗、扦插苗进行叶面施肥,研究其促进枝条生长的作用,结果表明,叶面施肥对枝条长度、分枝数变化有显著影响。VG生长促进剂、康保叶面肥(205102+Fe)对枝长生长有促进作用,与清水对照处理具有极显著差异,当年生主枝长分别比对照增加8.40、3.82 cm,分别为对照的2.12-2.14、1.23-1.79倍;3种处理的枝条分生数量差异极显著,平均当年生枝条分枝数是对照的1.56倍;随着分枝数的增加,分枝平均长度呈降低趋势,各处理间差异不显著,对枝条单位长度鲜、干重无显著影响。第1期张宗勤等根外追肥对红豆杉生长的影响
Abstract:
Significant effects of enhancing twig length and biomass growth were observed after spraying liquid fertilizers, and growth stimulator “VG”, a compound formula containing several components like plant growth regulators, amino acid, and vitamins, compared with water. The results showed that no matter treelike or shrublike yew trees were, or spraying once or twice, the twig length of yew tree was 2.12-2.14 times of VG, 1.23-1.79 times of Compo fertilizer “205102+Fe”, higher than the control, and the number of annual branches was much more than that of control (1.56 times in average). No significant difference was obtained in mean length and fresh or dry weight of annual twigs among the treatments.
