摘要:
对洋槐蚜Aphis robiniae、桃蚜Myzus persicae、女贞卷叶绵蚜Prociphilus ligustrifoliae、中华忍冬圆尾蚜Amphicercidus sinalonicericola和柏大蚜Cinera tujafilina等5种危害林木的蚜虫进行了随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析。研究结果表明 从6种随机引物中筛选出扩增效果好、多态性明显的3种引物S169、S147和S18 ,这3种引物在5种蚜虫中总共扩增出45个RAPD标记,分子量在238-2 355 bp范围之间,多态频率达100%,利用这3种引物均可单独区分5种蚜虫。第1期张 翔等五种林木蚜虫的RAPD分析
Abstract:
Five aphid species harm to trees including %Aphis robiniae, Myzus persicae, Prociphilus ligustrifolia, Amphicercidus sialonicericola% and %Cinera tujafila% were analyzed by RAPD method with 6 arbitrary primers. The result showed that the clear and repeating bands were amplified by 3 primers such as S169, S147 and S18, and obtained 45 DNA fragments whose molecular weight was 238-2 355 bp. Some of distinctive bands were found in every species and so the five species aphids could be distinguished by 3 arbitrary primers.
