摘要:
通过对岷江上游连香树、云南松和糙皮桦3种典型林地外源性C、N干扰试验研究表明,施N和施C干扰使云南松林地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性有不同程度的提高,且在适度范围内,随干扰强度的增大效果明显增加。施N干扰可使糙皮桦林地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性较对照有不同程度的提高,而施C对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响不明显;施N干扰使连香树林地土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性降低,且有随施用量增加而减小的趋势,但使蔗糖酶活性增加,施C干扰使脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性较对照有不同程度的提高,且以弱度干扰效果较好。第2期杜红霞等外源性C、N干扰对森林土壤酶活性的影响
Abstract:
Study on soil enzymes activities of 3 kinds of typical forest( Cercidiphyllum japonicum, Pinus yunnansinsis,Betuda.utilis )in Minjiang areas showed that external C,N disturbances made the urease, catalase , invertase enzymes activities of P. yunnansinsis improve in various degrees, and in the appropriate range, the efect was more and more obvious with the increase of disturbing intensity. N disturbances can make B.utilis soil urease,catalase,invertase enzymes activities improve in various degrees, C disturbances did not influence on the catalase enzyme activity obviously; N disturbances reduced urease and catalase enzymes activities of C.japonicum soil, with the increasing of amount of application the urease and catalase enzymes activities decreased, invertase enzyme activity increased, C disturbing made urease,catalase,invertase improvement in various degrees, and better with weak degree of C interference results.
