摘要:
采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取华山松树脂挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)方法对该精油进行分析,共鉴定出47个化学成分;并通过峰面积归一法,HP59970C化学工作站数据处理系统测得各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量。结果表明,华山松树脂主要是α蒎烯,莰烯,α非兰烯,罗勒烯,小蠹二烯醇,3蒈烯,4蒈烯,杜松二烯,β蒎烯,月桂烯,β非兰烯等萜烯(96.482%)类化合物,含量最多的是α蒎烯(52.494%)和β蒎烯(39.269%)。第2期李宗波等华山松树脂挥发油化学成分分析
Abstract:
Volatile oil was extracted from resin of Pinus armandii Franch by steam distillation. The volatile oil was analysed by GC/MS, 47 components have been identified, every chemical constituent percent content in every volatile oil were obtained by area normalization method of HP59970C chemstation. The results indicated that the principal constituents of volatile oil are alkenes(96.482%), includingαpinene, camphene, αphellandrene, ocimene, isoledene, 3carene, 4carene, naphthalene, βpiene, βmyrcene, βphellandrene, etc, the major components are αpinenea(52.494%) andβpiene(39.269%).
