摘要:
研究了普那菊苣中总酚的最佳提取工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验法对总酚的提取工艺进行优选,选用L9(34)进行正交试验,以总酚含量为指标,考察提取温度、提取时间以及料液比对总酚提取的影响。得到的最佳工艺条件为以水为提取溶剂,温度80℃ ,时间2 h,料液比(质量∶体积)1∶15,提取2次。西北林学院学报21卷第5期杨亚丽等普那菊苣总酚提取工艺的研究
Abstract:
The optimum process of extracting phenols,the bioactive component in chicory (Cichorium intybus cv.Puna) was studied and optimized with orthogonal test.Experiments were made by using L-9(3+4) orthogonal design with extractive yield of phenols as the index,investigating the influence of temperature,extracting time and the ratio of solid to liquid.Optimum extraction conditions were determined as followsH-2O as extracting solvent,temperature 80℃ ,time 2h,stock ratio 1∶15(mass volume),extracting for two times.

[11]梅长林,周家良.实用统计方法[M].北京科学出版社,2002.(上接第155页)图2乙醇的浸提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用Fig.2The inhibiting effects of extract ethanolon Staphylococcus .arueus3结论试验结果显示,长松萝浸提物对金黄色葡萄球菌显示了较强的抑制效应,对大肠杆菌、霉菌、酵母菌及病原菌有抑制作用,但抑菌效果一般。因此,长松萝提取物可以开发为抑菌药物,也可以用于粮食制品和饲料的防腐剂,甚至可以用作医药上某些活菌制剂的防霉变添加剂,也可作为生物农药开发。从4种溶剂对长松萝浸提物的抑菌效果来看,其抑菌圈直径相差比较大,比较来说乙醇浸提物抑菌效果最好,且乙醇价格较便宜,又能回收,应用于生产既可降低成本又不产生污染,利于应用推广。
