摘要:
以-10、-5、0、5、10℃对大黑蚁进行处理,测定了其存活率和SOD、POD、CAT保护酶活力的变化,并将处理温度、处理时间及SOD、POD、CAT活力与存活率进行了回归分析。结果表明,低温条件下大黑蚁的活动能力、SOD、POD、CAT活力水平和存活率明显降低,并随时间延长显著下降,其存活率与处理温度、处理时间和保护酶活力变化密切相关,说明持续低温对大黑蚁的养殖有不利影响。
Abstract:
Polyrhachis vicina was treated under the temperatures of 10,5,0,-5, -10℃. The SOD,POD,CAT activities and survival rate were determined. The correlations between survival rate and temperatures and protective enzymes activities were analyzed. The results showed that SOD,POD,CAT activities and survival rate of P. vicina at low temperatures were significantly decreased with time. The survival rate was correlated with protection enzyme activities and temperatures. It is concluded that sustained low temperature did serious freezing injury on P. vicina.
