摘要:
采用Li6 200光合分析仪,在自然条件下对柠条(Caragana microphylla Lam)光合作用日进程进行了观测。结果表明在夏季晴天条件下,柠条光合速率(Pn)日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在上午1100时,约为8.092 μmolCO2·m-2·s-1;柠条蒸腾速率(TRAN)的日变化也为一单峰曲线,但柠条蒸腾速率日变化最大值出现在13001500时,约为9.392 μmolH2O·m-2·s-2。采用相关分析和多元逐步回归分析方法,得出光合速率和蒸腾速率与大气CO2浓度、胞间CO2浓度、水气压、水气压亏缺等生理生态因子间的相关关系,并建立了相应的影响因子回归方程,相关系数分别可达1.000、0.999。
Abstract:
Diurnal variations of photosynthesis of Caragana microphylla Lam were studied under natural conditions by Li6200 photosynthesis analyzer. The results indicated that in the typical summer sunny days, the curve of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) was onepeak curve. And the peak value was 8.092 μmol·m-2·s-1, which occurred at 1100 o'clock in the morning. The curve of diurnal variation of transpiration rate was also onepeaked, but the peak value appeared at 1300 to 1500, which was 9.392 μmol·m-2·s-1or so. By the methods of correlation analysis and stepwise multiregression analysis,the correlations between them and environmental factors were assessed. The related equation were also constructed in this paper, and correlation coefficients were 1.000 and 0.999, respectively.
