摘要:
对七子花叶片中5种蛋白组分含量的动态变化进行了研究。结果表明七子花叶片的总蛋白含量变化曲线呈“W”型,叶片生长初期含量基本保持稳定,5月中旬含量开始下降,并且下降幅度较大,6月中旬达一低值后,其含量迅速上升,到7月中旬(盛花期)达一峰值,接着其含量下降,到8月中旬达到最低,后又上升直至落叶时达到最高值。水溶蛋白含量季节性变化呈“低-高-低-高”,在叶生长初期上升,峰值出现在5月中旬,以后逐渐下降,到7月中旬达最低值,之后缓慢上升,落叶前达到最高值。盐溶蛋白在叶生长初期迅速下降,到5月中旬达最低值,后一直呈上升趋势。醇溶蛋白与碱溶蛋白在叶生长初期有所下降,至6月中旬达到最小值,以后迅速上升,至7月中旬达到高峰后大幅度下降,在落叶前又有所回升。杂蛋白在叶生长初期迅速下降,至5月中旬达到最低值后,基本趋于稳定。推测水溶蛋白、盐溶蛋白和醇溶蛋白、碱溶蛋白与七子花的展叶和开花生理过程有密切关系。西北林学院学报22卷第6期杨蓓芬等七子花叶片蛋白组分含量动态分析
Abstract:
The dynamic changes of the content of 5 protein component in the leaves of Heptacodium miconioides during the growth period were analyzed. The results showed that the dynamic change curve of the total protein content in the leaves of H. miconioides was just like the letter “W”,i.e., the total protein content at the early stage of growth period was stable and declined with a relatively large extent in the middle of May. It reached to the lowest in the middle ten days of June and increased rapidly to reach a peak in the middle of July (blooming period). Then it declined and the neap was in the middle of August. At last, it ascended and reached another peak at the defoliation period. The seasonal changes of watersoluble protein showed as “lowhighlowhigh” type. The content of watersoluble protein ascended at the early stage of the growth period. The peak appeared in the middle of May and declined gradually and the neap was in the middle of July. Then it ascended slowly and reached another peak at the defoliation period. The content of saltsoluble protein declined quickly at the early growth stage. It declined and the neap was in the middle of May. Then it ascended all through. The content of ethanolsoluble protein and alkalisoluble protein declined at the early growth stage and the minimal content reached in the middle of June. Then they ascended quickly while the peak reached in the middle of July and declined rapidly. They ascended a little before defoliation. The content of the remnant holdover protein declined at a large extent at the early growth stage and the minimal content reached in the middle of May and then the content was stable. It suggested that it was important of the watersoluble protein, saltsoluble protein, ethanolsoluble protein and alkalisoluble protein in the regulation of unwrapping and blooming physiological process.
