摘要:
为了解阿诺红鞑靼忍冬(Lonicera tatarica Arnold Red)在干旱条件下的生理反应以及对其耐旱性做出评价,本文通过人工水分胁迫条件下的盆栽试验,对阿诺红鞑靼忍冬2 a生苗叶片生理指标在一段连续的时间内进行了观测,研究了干旱胁迫下阿诺红鞑靼忍冬叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro),组织含水量,自由水,束缚水,可溶性糖,叶绿素,过氧化物酶(POD)的变化,结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,阿诺红鞑靼忍冬叶片游离脯氨酸含量,可溶性糖含量,束缚水含量,叶绿素总含量呈不断上升的趋势;组织含水量、自由水含量以及自由水/束缚水比值呈下降趋势;POD活性则出现前期下降后期上升的变化情况。各项生理指标的变化表现出阿诺红鞑靼忍冬对干旱胁迫有较强的适应性,是一种耐旱性较强的园林植物。西北林学院学报23卷第4期董明等干旱胁迫对阿诺红鞑靼忍冬生理指标的影响
Abstract:
In order to know physiological response of Lonicera tatarica Arnold Red under drought stress and evaluate its drought resistance, physiological indices in leaves of the twoyearold L. tatarica plantlets were observed for a long continuoustime by pot experiment under artificial water stress conditions, and changes of the content of free proline, tissue water, free water, bound water, soluble sugar and chlorophyll as well as POD activity were measured. The results showed that under drought stress, the content of free proline, soluble sugar, bound water, chlorophyll had an increasing trend, the tissue water content, free water content and the proportion of free water to bound water appeared a decreasing trend, the activity of POD turned out a rise trend after a decline. All the changes of physiological indices showed that the plant has a better adaptability for drought stress and is a drought resistance plant species.
