摘要:
为了提高核桃芽苗砧的嫁接成活率,该研究采用核桃嫩枝劈接法以及改良方块芽接和核桃带木质部芽接法,芽苗砧采用在5℃±1℃条件下层积3个月的核桃种子在自然条件下于当年2007年3月27日播种于基质(珍珠岩、腐解有机物、陈锯末=1∶1∶1)中所生长的嫩苗,嫁接时间为5月22日,以嫁接成活率及生长量为指标。研究结果表明:核桃嫩枝劈接法嫁接成活率和7月15日生长量显著优于其它两种方法,分别为95.00%和48.78 cm;改良方块芽接效果次之,分别为86.67%和38.59 cm,和嫩枝劈接法差异不显著;核桃带木质部芽接成活率较低为63.33%,与前两种方法差异极显著,生长量为35.93 cm,和改良方块芽接差异不显著,与嫩枝劈接法差异显著。由于3种方法嫁接芽在接穗上所处位置不同,为了充分利用良种接穗,3种方法均可应用于生产中。本研究结果使核桃嫁接一年成苗现实可行。 西北林学院学报23卷第4期范成民等核桃芽苗砧嫁接方法研究
Abstract:
In order to enhance the survival rate of nurse seed grafting of walnut splitting grafting, improved square bud grafting, and bud with xylem grafting methods were adopted.Young seedling stocks were obtained by seeding the wulnut seeds that were stratified for 3 months under 5℃±1℃ in the medium (perlite,decay organic materials, and sawdust =1∶1∶1) under natural condition in March 27, 2007.Graftings were conducted on May 22.The assessment index was survival rate and growth increment. The results showed that survival rate and growth increment of splitting grafting on July 15 were higher than those other two methods, which reached 95.00% and 48.78 cm, improved square bud grafting took the second place, which reached 86.67% and 38.59 cm, which was not significantly different from spliting grafting, the survival rate of bud with xylem grafting was low, reached 63.33%, which was different from other methods, growth increment reached 35.93 cm, which was not significantly different with improved square bud grafting and was different from splitting grafting. Because the bud location on budwood of three grafting methods was different, the three methods all can be used in production. The study makes it feasible for grafting in one year after seeding of walnut.
