摘要:
以21 a生油松子代测定林中34个油松优良家系为对象,对生长和干形数量性状的 遗传变 异、性状间的相关关系进行研究,并利用主成分分析和遗传距离聚类分析方法对油松家 系进行了综 合评价。结果表明:油松优良家系间在树高、胸径、材积、结实、干形和保存率等方面存 在着显著差 异,这些差异主要受遗传因素控制;生长性状之间的遗传相关达到极显著水平( P <0.0 1),胸径和 材积与结实性状遗传相关也达到显著水平( P <0.05);3号家系、31号家系和16号家系 主成分值 较大,是生长和结实都较好的优良家系。聚类结果表明:34个油松优良家系分为6个明显 类群,同 一类群内家系间遗传距离小,不同类群间遗传距离大。生长量大的I、II、III类家系可 作为进一步 遗传改良的优良家系。
Abstract:
With 34 superior families of 21ˉyearˉold progeny forest of P inus tabulaeformis as subject, their genetic variations of quantitative characters including height,DBH , timber volume, quantity of cone, trunk shape and survival rate were studied, and correlations among these characters were analyzed.The suˉ perior families were assessed by means of principal component analy sis and cluster analysis of genetic disˉ tance. The results showed that different families had highly signifi cant difference in terms of height, DBH , timber volume, quantitative of cones, trunk shape as well as the preservation rate, which are mainˉ ly genetically controlled. Highly significant genetic correlations exi sted among the growth characters ( P < 0.01), and so did the significant genetic correlations between DBH a nd volume and quantity of cones ( P < 0.05) .Superior family No.3, No.31 and No.16 had higher values of p rincipal components, better families over the others in growth and bearing cones. The cluster analysis showed that 36 superior families fell into 6 obvious groups. Within each group, genetic distance among the fam ilies is shorter whereas genetic disˉ tance among different groups is larger. Group I, group II and gropu III which are characterized with better growth can be chosen as the superior families for further geneti c improvement.
