摘要:
为了探讨接种根瘤菌对非豆科植物巨尾桉苗木生长的影响,以5个根瘤菌菌株接种巨 尾桉 树苗,结果表明:接种根瘤菌能显著提高桉树苗木的苗高、地径及苗木的生物量和叶片含 氮量,土壤 含氮量增加。综合分析表明:接种HJ06对桉树各个生长指标效果最好;接种HJ06后,桉树 苗高、 总生物量和叶绿素含量分别比对照高100.2%、155.9%和57.1%;接种ZG03对促进桉树地径 生 长的作用最为显著,比对照高43.3%;接种HM8可显著增加土壤含氮量 (80.9%) 。根瘤菌接种非 豆科植物桉树的促生效果显著。
Abstract:
To probe into effect of Rhizobia inoculation on the growt h of Eucalyptus, 5 Rhizobia were inocuˉ lated at the seedling roots of Eucalyptus. The result showed that t he height, ground diameter, biomass and nitrogen content of lamina of seedlings were significantly en hanced and nitrogen content in soil inˉ creased accordingly. The result also revealed that seedlings inoculat ed with HJ06 had the greatest improveˉ ment for the greatest improvement for the growth index of Eucalypt us and their height, total biomass and chlorophyll increased by 100.2%,155.9%and 57.1%respctively, compared w ith that of CK. Seedlings inˉ oculated with ZG03 showed significant growth in ground diameter witc h was 43.3% over CK. Seedlings inoculated with HM8 made the content of nitrogen in the soil rea ch up to 80.9%.The experimental result showed that the Rhizoa inoculated to eucalyptus, a nonˉleguminosa e plant. Can generate significant effect on the plant growth.
