摘要:
为了改善樟子松单板表面的润湿性,提高 木塑复合材料的界面结合,以樟子松单 板为研究 对象,对其表面进行改性处理。采用接触角测定 仪测定不同探测液在其表面的接触角, 得知其表面 润湿性,进而推导出其表面自由能。结果表明:偶 联剂改性樟子松单板可以有效提高木材 表面自由 能,且随着偶联剂量的适当增加,木材表面的自 由能增加,从而提高木材与塑料的界面 结合性。
Abstract:
In order to improve the surface wettability of Pinus sylve stris veneer and enhance the interface connection between wood and plastics, Pinus sylvestris veneer as res earch material were treated with couˉ pling agent and the contact angle of the different probe liquid w as determined by angleˉmeter, from which the surface wettablility of wood was calculated and then the sur face free energy dedcuced. The result showed that coupling agent could improve the wood surface free e nergy efficiently; further more the wood surface free energy would increase with amount of coupling agent i ncreased appropriately, which in turn improved the quality of connection between wood and plastics surf aces.
