摘要:
文章以游憩者需求为切入点，针对游憩者游憩倾向和游憩者对郊野公园功能需求方面，对国内部分重点城市的城市居民进行了问卷调查。基于调查分析结果，明确了以满足游憩者需求为主题的郊野公园开发条件，并在此基础上提出了构建郊野公园开发体系的6个要素，包括以人为本的开发理念，规划先行的开发原则，完善的法律体系和管理体制的制度保障，多样性和个性化的开发形态，人性化的服务观念，以及多元化的开发模式。西北林学院学报24卷
Abstract:
Taking the visitor demands as breakthrough point, and from visitors inclination and their demands for country park function, the article some questionnaire had been made to townsman lived in several domestic key cities. Based on the questionnaire analysis, the development conditions of country park with motif of meeting visitors’ demands were clarified. Six factors composed of country park system construction were put forward, namely peoplecentered development theory, programmingforemost development principle, perfect law and management system guarantee, diversified and individualized development modality, human service idea, and diversified development modes.
