摘要:
采用L16(44×23)正交试验的方法研究了激素、激素浓度、处理时间和枝条部位等因素对兔眼蓝浆果2个品种绿枝插穗生根的影响.结果表明:影响兔眼蓝浆果插穗生根的主导因素是枝条部位,其次是品种和激素种类,激素浓度的影响最小;枝条上部的插穗生根率和生根数极显著优于中、下部,上部平均根长极显著高于下部;‘园蓝'(‘Gardenblue')的生根率和平均根长显著高于‘灿烂'(‘Brightweel'),2个品种的生根数差异达极显著水平;激素GRR处理的插穗生根较好.兔眼蓝浆果绿枝扦插的最佳处理组合为:插穗选用‘园蓝'枝条上部,在激素GRR 100 mL·L-1中处理1 s,扦插生根率达92.31.
