摘要:
为了获得较优的木材真空加压防腐工艺,采用正交试验设计,对马尾松速生材防腐处理工艺的影响因素进行了分析和研究。结果表明:防腐剂浓度和加压压力是影响木材防腐剂载药量的主要因素,防腐剂浓度的影响达到极显著水平,加压压力,压力持续时间的影响达到显著水平。马尾松木材最优化防腐处理工艺为:防腐剂浓度1.2%,加压压力1.2 MPa,压力持续时间1 h,前真空持续时间30 min。
