摘要:
通过对子午岭林区不同植被下土壤微生物区系的研究,并联系该区的植被演替,找出其之间的关系。土壤微生物区系采用稀释平板涂抹法分析,接种后置28℃生化培养箱内培养,分取其合适的稀释度来计数。结果表明,随着植被不断地向前演替,其土壤细菌和微生物总量基本上呈增加趋势;不论整个森林群落如何发展,植被最终都向辽东栎演替,从而形成顶级群落;微生物的种群和数量在很大程度上决定着某一植被在整个森林生态系统中生长的好与坏。因此,通过对土壤微生物区系的分析,可以初步了解该森林生态系统中植被的演替概况,为该区森林的生态建设提供一定依据。
