干旱胁迫对4个杂交鹅掌楸无性系叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘要:
以抗旱性强的杂交鹅掌楸无性系NE25和NE78、抗旱性差的无性系NE04和NE23的1 a生扦插苗为试材,研究了干旱胁迫条件下各无性系叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明:各无性系随着胁迫程度的加剧,实际光量子产量(Yield)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)逐渐下降,而初始荧光(Fo)和非光化学猝灭系数(qN)明显增加。但各参数变化幅度因无性系不同而异,抗性强的无性系叶绿素荧光参数变幅小,光合机构受破坏较轻,干旱胁迫对各无性系叶绿素荧光参数的影响与其抗旱性密切相关。
