4种美国紫菀品种抗旱生理特性的比较研究()

摘要:
以4种美国紫菀(Aster novae-angliae)品种1年生扦插苗为研究材料,采用盆栽控水的方法,研究了水分胁迫下4个紫菀品种生理生化变化。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度增加,不同紫菀品种叶水势呈降低趋势,降低幅度依次为粉花>安德>紫球>香叶;相对电导率的含量则明显增加,依次为紫球>安德>香叶>粉花;丙二醛(MDA)的含量则显著增加,依次为紫球>香叶>安德>粉花;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化,则分别呈现单峰型与双峰型曲线,2种保护酶含量依次均为粉花>安德>香叶>紫球。利用Fuzzy隶属函数法,对4个紫菀品种基于以上5项指标的抗旱性进行了综合评价,得出其抗旱性强弱排序为:粉花>安德>香叶>紫球。
