摘要:
研究了在适宜水分、中度干旱和重度干旱3种土壤水分条件下,黄土高原干旱、半干旱地区3种分布广泛的优势种白花草木樨 (Melilotus albus)、沙柳(Salix cheilophila)和花棒(Hedysarum scoparium)对土壤干旱胁迫的生理响应,并对其抗旱性进行综合性评价。结果表明:随着土壤水分胁迫加剧,3种植物相对含水量和离体叶片保水力均下降;SOD、CAT、POD活性及MDA、超氧阴离子、可溶性蛋白含量均升高。3种植物的抗旱性顺序为花棒>沙柳>白花草木樨。
Abstract:
Physiological variations and drought resistance were studied of three dominant species, Melilotus alba, Salix cheilophila and Hedysarum scoparium exposed to different soil water contents (75%, 55%, and 35%, respectively). Responses to the droughts of the three species were evaluated by monitoring variations of the relative water content (RWC),the water preserving capacity, the activities of protective enzyme (SOD, CAT, and POD respectively),the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), the contents of superoxide anion and the soluble protein content. The results showed both RWC and the water preserving capacity of the three species decreased as the increase of draught stress. The activities of protective enzymes, the content of MDA, superoxide anion and the soluble protein increased in varying degrees. Taking all these indices into consideration and using the subjection function analysis, the capacity of drought resistance of three dominant species can be evaluated as follows: Hedysarum scoparium>Salix cheilophila>Melilotus alba.
