摘要:
采用发芽实验和砂培的方法,研究了壳聚糖浸种在香椿种子萌发和幼苗生长中的生理效应。结果表明:壳聚糖处理对香椿种子萌发和幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用,且在一定范围存在浓度效应,壳聚糖浓度超过0.20%时,促进效应不再增大。用0.20%壳聚糖处理后,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗根长、苗高、鲜重分别比对照增加了59.6%、145.0%、65.6%、187.9%、203.9%、73.8%、35.5%。壳聚糖处理能明显提高种子淀粉酶和幼苗的硝酸还原酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性以及幼苗叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力。表明适宜浓度壳聚糖处理对香椿种子萌发和幼苗生长的促进效应与其促进种子淀粉转化以及幼苗对无机碳、氮同化能力和提高幼苗的抗逆性有关。
Abstract:
Effect of chitosan on seeds germination and seeding growth of Toona sinensis was studied with standard germination test and sand culture method. The results showed that the seeds germination and seeding growth of T. sinensis was promoted obviously by chitosan. The effect was relative to chitosan concentrations, and the concentration of 0.2%(v/v)was the best. After treated by chitosan with the concentration of 0.20%, the seed germination rate, power, index, vigor index and the radicle length, seedling height, fresh weight increased by 59.6%, 145.0%, 65.6%, 187.9%, 203.86%, 73.8%, and 35.5%, respectively, in contrast with control. The contents of chlorophyll content, solution protein, vigor radicle and the activities of nitrate reductase, peroxidase, catalase, phenylalanine ammonia lyase of the seeding and the amylase activity of the seeds increased after treated with chitosan. The results indicated that chitosan treatment can promote starch transform of the seeds and abiocarbon, nitrogen assimilation and resistance of seedling, therefore it can promoted the seeds germination and seeding growth of T. sinensis.
