摘要:
采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,结合气相色谱/质谱(GCMS)提取方法,分析了青海云杉针叶和枝条中的挥发性化合物,共鉴定了65种化学成分。其中针叶中分离鉴定出42种挥发性成分,占峰面积99.78%,主要成分为α蒎烯、莰烯、左旋乙酸冰片酯;枝条中分离鉴定出50种挥发性成分,占峰面积的99.93%,主要成分为α蒎烯、a水芹烯、莰烯、1甲基5(11甲基乙烯基)环己烯、石竹烯。青海云杉针叶和枝条的挥发物质中,萜烯类物质含量最多。
Abstract:
The volatile components in the needle and branch of Picea crassifolia. were extracted by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and were analyzed by GCMS. About 65 different compounds were identified. Fortytwo were found in the needle, accounting for 99.78 % the total area, including αpinene, camphene, acetate of (1Sendo)1,7,7trimethylcyclo[2.2.1]heptan2ol. Fifty were found in the branch, accounting for 99.93 % of the total area, including àPinene, αphellandrene, camphene, (R) 1methyl5(1methylethenyl)cyclohexene, caryophyllene. The content terpenes were the main components in the volatiles.
