摘要:
 以海棠花组培苗和叶片为材料,应用正交试验法,以MS 培养基为基础,分别加入不同浓度配比的6BA/IBA 组合和TDZ/IBA 组合作为增殖培养基和叶盘不定芽再生培养基,研究了不同植物激素及其配比对组培苗增殖、叶片不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:在添加6BA 1.0 mg·L-1 + IBA 0.1 mg·L-1的MS 培养基上最适宜海棠花组培苗的增殖及生长,增殖倍数高达8.11,海棠花组培苗平均高度达2.14 cm;在添加TDZ 1.0 mg·L-1+ IBA 0.5 mg·L-1的MS 培养基上叶再生效率最高,再生效率为100%,每叶平均再生芽数为6.73。
