摘要:
 研究西北干旱、半干旱地区常见豆科木本植物刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)对铅胁迫的响应,为干旱地区铅污染土壤植被恢复提供依据。采用旱棚盆栽控水方法,对1年生刺槐幼苗在水分和铅双重胁迫条件下叶片内主要有机渗透调节物质的含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:刺槐叶片可溶性糖含量受干旱胁迫历时和铅胁迫持续时间影响显著;受干旱胁迫强度和铅胁迫强度影响其含量有所变化,但是不显著。干旱胁迫对刺槐脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白含量变化起主导作用,其中,重度干旱胁迫(田间持水量的40%)对脯氨酸影响达到显著性水平,轻度和重度干旱胁迫都对可溶性蛋白影响达到显著性水平。可溶性蛋白含量在土壤含有300 mg·kg-1醋酸铅时差异显著。在干旱和铅双重胁迫作用下,刺槐可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均有变化,但是脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白所起的渗透调节作用较大。
