摘要:
 对毛乌素沙地榆林沙区不同林龄樟子松人工固沙林地土壤微生物及酶活性进行测定和分析。结果表明,不同林龄樟子松林地土壤微生物和酶活性表现出差异。与流沙地相比,林地土壤微生物数量显著增加,土壤酶活性显著增强。随林龄增加土壤微生物数量呈上升趋势,6年生到20年生阶段增幅最大;土壤酶活性总体上不断加强。土壤微生物数量和酶活性随土层深度增加而下降,且在林龄和土层深度两个方向上达到显著性差异水平。在流沙地上栽植樟子松人工林后,土壤生物学特性不断改善,土壤肥力水平提高。
