摘要:
 利用高光谱技术, 探索马尾松反射光谱组成的植被指数与其叶绿素含量之间的关系。采用美国ASD公司生产的手持式野外光谱辐射仪测量马尾松冠层光谱,对观测叶片进行同步叶绿素含量测定,并利用统计学分析方法,分析马尾松冠层光谱组成的植被指数与叶绿素含量之间的相关关系,并建立相应的估算模型。结果表明:叶绿素含量与植被指数进行相关性分析,相关性最好的为TCARI;通过建立TCARI与叶绿素含量之间的估算模型并检验其精度,得出了叶绿素含量估算的高光谱模型:y=exp(0.686+(-2.765)×x)。说明利用高光谱数据可以估测马尾松的叶绿素含量。
