摘要:
 为选择适宜于山东地区栽种的抗天牛速生杨树品种,以生产中应用的L35和I-107为对照,对4个新引种杨树无性系的抗虫指标(树皮相对膨胀度、愈伤组织、树皮内单宁、邻苯二酚和对羟基苯甲酸)和生长量(胸径、树高和材积)进行测定,并采用隶属函数法综合评价。结果表明,各参试杨树无性系的抗虫性随着抗性评价指标的不同而稍有差异,综合评价表明新引种无性系B1具有较强的抗虫性,与对照I-107相当,其次为B53和B40,这3个新无性系的抗虫性均超过对照 L35,B33抗虫性最弱。无性系B1的速生性表现较突出,6年生单株材积超过两对照为11.26%~14.5%,其作为抗天牛速生杨树无性系具有较好的选择潜力。
