摘要:
 选用8个核桃无性系作为试验材料,经不同低温(4℃、-3℃、-6℃、-9℃、-12℃,4℃为对照)处理后,测定其叶片电导率、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)含量,对核桃抗寒性进行研究。结果表明:随着胁迫温度的下降,叶片相对电导率呈现出“S”型上升趋势,核桃离体叶片半致死温度(LT50)在-5~12℃之间;可溶性糖与丙二醛含量的变化为先增加再下降,均在-6℃出现峰值,但抗寒性与可溶性糖含量呈正相关,而与丙二醛含量呈负相关。3种方法测定的核桃抗寒性基本一致,表明3个指标均可作为核桃抗寒性的鉴定方法。
