摘要:
 橡胶树死皮(tapping panel dryness, TPD)是一种复杂的生理综合症,严重制约了天然橡胶产量的提高。为了分离鉴定橡胶树胶乳中与死皮发生密切相关的蛋白,采用双向电泳技术(2-DE)比较了其健康树和死皮树胶乳蛋白质组的差异。结果显示,在健康树和死皮树蛋白图谱上分别检测到1 158±25 和1 173±30个蛋白点,其中54个蛋白点差异表达。经基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析和数据库检索后,成功鉴定16个蛋白,这些蛋白中的3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶、紫色酸性磷酸酶、动力相关蛋白、烯醇酶以及小橡胶粒子蛋白等可能在死皮发生过程中具有关键作用。为从分子水平上阐明橡胶树死皮发生机制提供了一定的理论依据。
