摘要:
 试验利用微枝扦插技术,解决现在生产中沙棘育苗效率低下和优良新品种的扩繁速度低的问题。试验选用杂雄优一号沙棘,使用不同种类植物生根试剂处理不同长度插穗后,进行微枝扦插试验。结果表明:插穗长度对沙棘微扦插60 d成活率影响显著(p<0.05),对其过冬成活率影响极显著(p<0.01);生根试剂处理对沙棘微扦插60 d成活率影响极显著(p<0.01),对其过冬成活率影响显著(p<0.05)。其中IBA处理的沙棘插穗,扦插后60 d,一叶一芽、二叶二芽、三叶三芽成活率分别为96%、87%、99%,过冬后三叶三芽存活率达到82%;GGR处理的沙棘插穗,扦插后60 d,一叶一芽、二叶二芽、三叶三芽成活率分别为82%、92%、96%,过冬后三叶三芽存活率可以达到83%。本试验为微枝扦插技术应用于沙棘生产提供了充分的理论依据以及实践指导,也证明了利用微枝扦插技术解决生产中育苗效率和新品种快繁问题的可行性。
Abstract:
 Aiming to solve the problems such as low efficiency in seedling culture and low speed in the propagation of the fine cultivars of sea-buckthorn,micro-cutting technique was adopted by using cultivar “Zaxiongyou-1” which were treated with different rooting reagents.The results showed that the lengths of cuttings had a significant influence on 60-day survival rate (p<0.05),and had a highly significant influence on over-winter survival rate (p<0.01).Rooting reagents also presented a highly significant influence on 60-day survival rate (p<0.01) and had a significant influence on over-winter survival rate (p<0.05).The 60-day survival rates of the seedlings with one leaf one bud,two leaves two buds,and three leaves three buds were 96%,87%,and 99%,respectively after cuttings were treated with IBA.The over-winter survival rates of the seedlings with three leaves and three buds reached 82%.For those treated by GGR,60-day survival rates of corresponding seedlings above mentioned were 82%,92%,and 96%,respectively,and corresponding over-winter survival rate was 83%.The results of the study would provide sufficient theoretical basis and practical guidance for sea-buckthorn production by micro-cuttage technique,and demonstrated the feasibility of the method in solving the problems above mentioned.
