摘要:
 为了解西安浐灞生态区土壤养分状况,为该地区的绿地土壤的利用、维护和改良提供依据。采用室外采样和室内分析相结合的方法,探讨了西安浐灞生态区绿地土壤养分及酶活性指标。结果表明,西安浐灞生态绿地以碱性土壤为主,土壤有机质、全氮和碱解氮含量低,全磷和全钾含量较高,速效磷和速效钾富集。浐灞生态区绿地的土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性平均值为3.10 mg·g-1、0.58 mg·g-1、1.12 mg·g-1、0.82 mL·g-1。不同地段土壤养分特征和土壤酶活性呈现出一定的差异性。不同土壤酶活性之间,土壤养分之间存在着不同程度的相关性。土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性与土壤有机质等肥力性状之间呈显著相关,是表征城市绿地土壤肥力的重要指标。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the situations of the soil nutrients in Chanba ecologically balanced area in Xi’an, and to provide scientific basis for the use, maintenance, and melioration of the green lands, the soil nutrients and related enzyme activities of the soils within the area were analyzed. The results indicated that the area was dominated by alkaline soil. Soil organic matter, total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen were low. Total phosphorus and potassium were high. available phosphorus and available potassium were rich. The average values of green space soil sucrase, urease, phophatase and catalase activities were 3.10 mg·g-1, 0.58 mg·g-1, 1.12 mg·g-1, and 0.82 mL·g-1, respectively. The soil nutrient properties and enzyme activities had differences among green parks. Varying degrees of correlations existed between different soil enzymes as well as soil nutrient properties. Significant correlations were also found between the activities of soil enzymes (such as urease, sucrase, phophatase, and catalase) and soil fertility properties (such as soil organic matter), indicating that the enzyme activity can be considered as a potential index to be used for soil fertility assessment.
