摘要:
采用液体核磁(13C-NMR)以及傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUF)液态树脂的结构组成进行了分析,并充分利用红外光谱辅以DSC分析,考察了树脂的固化过程以及结构的变化。结果表明,树脂固化主要发生在羟甲基之间以及与活性氢之间的缩合反应,固化剂的加入可以促进羟甲基的固化交联反应,加快固化速度,促使固化反应更完全。
Abstract:
Structures of the liquid resin of melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) were analyzed with 13C-NMR and FTIR.Curing process and dynamic changes in structure were also studied by FTIR aided by DSC. The results indicated that curing reaction could be found between methylol group and active hydrogen,curing agent could speed curing reaction and accelerate curing reaction of methylol group to get complete curing.
