摘要:
对所选取的9个青海云杉无性系进行了茎杆注射(GA4/7)、环割(Girdling)和GA4/7+Girdling 处理,测定并分析了不同处理下青海云杉叶片内源激素赤霉素(GAs)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和玉米素核苷(ZR)含量的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,经GA4/7+Girdling处理后,青海云杉花芽分化过程各时期内源激素GAs及IAA含量显著增加,而环割(Girdling)处理使得各时期IAA含量显著升高,当采用茎杆注射(GA4/7)处理时,各时期内源GAs及IAA含量略有增加; 而与对照相比,3种处理都使得ZR含量处于极低水平。说明外源植物生长调节剂通过影响内源激素水平来影响青海云杉的花芽分化,而环割处理减少了根部细胞分裂素的输出,从而延缓芽的伸长生长。
Abstract:
Nine clones of Picea crassifolia were selected and treated with exogenous gibberellin(GA4/7)by stem injection, girdling, and GA4/7 stem injection + girdling. The content changes of endogenous hormones, gibberellic acid(GAs), indole acetic acid(IAA), abscisic acid(ABA)and corn meal nucleoside(ZR)under different treatments were determined and analyzed. The results showed that comparing with the control, the contents of GAs and IAA increased significantly after GA4/7+girdling treatment, while IAA content increased dramatically after girdling treatment, and the contents of GAs and IAA hadslight increase when treated by exogenous gibberellin(GA4/7)stem injection; while all the three treatments made the content of ZR in a very low level compared with the control. The exogenous plant growth regulators influenced the flower bud differentiation of P.crassifolia by affecting the endogenous hormones, while girdling reduced the output of cytokinin in the roots, and then delayed the elongation and growth of the bud.
