摘要:
以盆栽的1年生香樟实生苗为研究对象,采用指数施肥的方式,测定了细根平均直径、平均根长以及比根长3个指标。探讨施肥对香樟幼苗细根形态的影响,为香樟的速生丰产及培育过程中资源的高效利用提供理论依据。结果表明:1)氮磷钾对细根直径影响程度依次为氮>磷>钾,氮素显著提高了1~2级根的平均直径(p<0.05)。2)氮肥能促进了香樟1~2级根的平均根长的增加。适宜浓度的氮磷钾混合肥能显著促进1级细根伸长(p>0.05)。3)氮肥对1~2级根的比根长的增加有显著作用(p<0.05)、施肥对3级以上细根的比根长无显著影响(p>0.05)。综合分析得出:处理9对香樟苗期根系形态指标影响最为显著,即施肥量为氮素 4 g·株-1、磷素 4 g·株-1、钾素2 g·株-1时,对香樟幼苗细根的生长发育有较好的促进作用。
Abstract:
Effects of fertilization on the growth of the fine roots of camphor seedlings were investigated by using 1yearold potted camphor seedlings and adopting exponential fertilization method. Three root indices, such as the average diameter, average length and specific length were measured.1)The degree of influence of the three main nutrients on fine root diameter was N>P>K. Nitrogen significantly(p>0.05)improved the average diameter of the roots with the 1st-2nd order. 2)Nitrogen fertilizer promoted the average length of the roots with the 1st2nd order. The proper proportion of N, P, K mixed fertilizers could significantly(p>0.05)promote the elongation of the roots with 1st order. 3)Nitrogen fertilizer could significantly(p<0.05)promote the specific length of the roots with the 1st-2nd order, while no significant influence on the roots with the 3rd or high order. It was concluded that the optimal fertilization amounts on one seedling were 4 g nitrogen, 4 g phosphorus, and 2 g potassium.
